Adhesion Testers

Adhesion testers are widely used in the paint and coatings industries to determine the adherence of a coating to a substrate, and to assess the behaviour of layers of a coating. Poor adherence can lead to cracking and peeling of a coating with subsequent damage to the exposed substrate.

We supply cross cut testers along with pull-off testers together with all necessary accessories and consumables to enable adhesion testing to recognized standards.

We also offer an automatic cross hatch cutter and an automatic cross cut analyser which can minimise differences in operator techniques that can affect the repeatability of testing.
