Coating performance assessment – It is important to be able to accurately predict the behaviour of a coating before application, and to determine the most efficient method of application.

Properties such as density, sag and levelling must all be measured and assessed.

Proper assessment also allows for accurate calculation of the amount of a coating that will be required for a project, helping to minimise waste.

We offer easy to use and accurate instruments for testing these properties in accordance with recognised International Standards, including Karl Fischer titration testers to determine water content and Grindometers or Fineness of Grind Gauges -precision instruments to determine the particle size of pigments etc.
